"City Architect" version 1.01 with fixes

I just added version 1.01 of "City Architect" game with such fixes like:
- changing some typos
- putting building shape and resources on one page
- clearly defined moment of game's end
- clarifying rules for obtaining resources
- establishing that unused resources are scored in certain way
