Bake this Cake has just get its refreshed version 1.1.

Here are some of the changes I've made:

- Improved text clarity

- Reduced the number of pages from 17 to 9 (by better placement of text on the page)

- Sweet Order became an unlimited action

- Adding Ingredients Swap action (that is, swapping ingredients for others)

- Correction of several typos

- Adding a black and white version

- Adding a example fragment of gameplay
